What we built
- -Documentary-styled brand site built around the shop's own work
- -End-to-end booking: service, barber, time and deposit in one flow
- -Service menu with real durations, so the diary cannot be double-booked
- -WhatsApp and email confirmations and reminders, to customer and shop
- -Local SEO for the Wealdstone and Harrow searches that bring walk-ins
(What it does) - the system in use
Everything it can do, without anyone asking.
Book by barber, or by whoever is free first
Every service carries its true duration, so the chair is never sold twice
Deposits taken on the longer services
Confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp and email, both sides
The diary drops straight into the barbers' own phone calendars
One-tap rebooking for regulars
(What runs itself) - the automated parts
The work that happens while they sleep.
The reminder that saves the chair
A reminder lands the day before on WhatsApp with a one-tap reschedule. A customer who cannot make it says so the night before instead of not turning up, and the slot goes back on sale while it is still worth something.
Six weeks quiet
A regular who has not been in since their usual gap gets a quiet nudge with a one-tap rebook. No campaign to run, no list to remember.
A cancellation is not an empty chair
When someone cancels, the freed slot is offered straight back out to people already looking for that day.
