Flight status is watched from booking to landing. A delayed arrival moves the pickup and tells the driver, without a passenger having to ring the office from a baggage hall.
Every call answered
Calls that would have rung out go to the voicebot, which quotes, takes the booking details and drops the job straight into the system.
